The rest of the staff were all curteous except the issue with 'Jessica' She sat there, talking to someone, eating chips while completely ignoring my request to get a beverage. If this is what Tropical Breeze feels like is an appropriate response to a paying customer, whom gambled well over $1,000 on that one visit, we won't return. According to her own personal observation, The bartender said very disparaging remarks while I was walking away, loud enough for other patrons to hear as well as my wife. What she did not know was that my wife was standing there watching her while I walked away. I asked her to come to where I was gambling and went to wait for her to bring a drink to me. I told her that I WAS gambling but she did not bother to walk through in any sort of timely fashion. When I asked her for a drink, she stated the rule about being gambling. The bartender stopped serving drinks to the people gambling and was making patrons pay cash for drinks at the bar. they said that normally takes a while for everyone to cash in. They could still gamble but couldn't cash in if the cashier had stopped redeeming them.

Once the boat announced that people needed to start considering getting their gambling cash vouchers turned in for cash. They WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE THEM IF YOU WALK TO THE BAR!
